As the daughter of the founder, Tirshana has a unique connection to the restaurant's legacy. After spending 11 years in Nepal and Australia, she returned to Hong Kong in 2024, driven by a passion for food and community. Tirshana's dedication is evident as she works tirelessly to breathe new life into Bagaicha, ensuring it remains a beloved spot for locals.

The name "Bagaicha," which translates to "garden" in Nepalese, reflects the restaurant's mission to create a welcoming haven for all. Tirshana explains, "We wanted a place where everyone feels at home, a space that invites family gatherings and celebrations."
